Your information
Privacy Notice
Effective September 8, 2026
This notice explains how Blast Mechanical collects, uses, and shares information through blast-mech.com and when responding to service requests.
Information we collect
When you request service, you may provide your name, phone number, service address, and details about the heating or cooling problem. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to provide.
The website also collects limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an internet address, device and browser information, advertising campaign parameters, and ad click identifiers.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and service requests.
- Confirm service location, schedule work, and maintain customer and job records.
- Communicate about requested estimates, appointments, or service.
- Measure whether advertising produces inquiries and booked work.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and improve our operations.
Service providers
We use Housecall Pro to receive and manage service requests and Google Analytics to understand website use and campaign performance. These providers process information for us under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a business transfer.
Blast Mechanical does not state that it sells personal information. If our practices change, we will update this notice before using information in a materially different way.
Calls and text messages
Submitting a service request asks Blast Mechanical to contact you about that request. It does not by itself enroll you in promotional messages. If an optional marketing consent appears in a Housecall Pro form, marketing texts are sent only when you separately select that consent, subject to the terms shown with it. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to stop promotional texts.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics and advertising links may use cookies or similar technologies to associate a visit with campaign information. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some measurement may still occur. We do not currently state that the site uses Meta Pixel or Meta advertising measurement.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide service, maintain business and legal records, measure campaign performance, and resolve disputes. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask a question about this notice. We will review and respond to verifiable requests as applicable. Email service@blast-mech.com or write to Blast Mechanical, 128 South 16th Street, La Porte, TX 77571.
Updates
We may update this notice as our tools or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
