The $300 annual Blast Comfort Membership includes one spring cooling visit and one fall heating visit, plus priority scheduling, 10% to 15% repair savings, a waived diagnostic fee, and accumulating credit toward a qualifying future system replacement while enrollment remains active.
The spring visit prepares the cooling and condensate systems for long runtimes, heavy moisture removal, and high outdoor temperatures. The fall visit checks furnace, heat-pump, electric auxiliary-heat, thermostat, and safety operation before colder weather. A heat pump uses the same refrigeration circuit in both seasons, so both visits matter.
The equipment and season determine the exact checklist. Typical inspection points include thermostat operation, filters, blower and fan condition, electrical controls, temperature response, airflow indicators, evaporator and condenser coil condition, refrigerant-circuit symptoms, condensate drain and safety switches, heat-pump defrost and auxiliary heat, or furnace ignition, flame-sensing, venting, and safety controls.
